Each campaign documents call type, qualification, coverage, schedule, routing, price, capacity, billing, exclusivity if any and validation procedures.
2. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must maintain lawful operations, accurate service representations, appropriate licensing, trained agents and the capacity needed to answer delivered calls.
3. Call review
Qualification review follows the agreed criteria and timeframe. Buyers must provide timely, substantiated feedback and may not reject calls for undisclosed conditions.
4. Data and recordings
Call data and recordings must be handled under applicable privacy, consent, security and retention obligations. Access and permitted uses are defined in the campaign agreement.
5. Billing and disputes
Applicable agreements define invoicing, deposits or credit, payment deadlines, dispute windows, taxes and remedies for nonpayment.
6. Compliance and indemnity
Applicable agreements allocate legal responsibilities, representations, indemnities, liability limits, confidentiality and governing law.
